Room was spacious, luxurious. All the furniture items felt new and fresh. Staff was extremely warm and welcoming. They had happy hour 6-8 unlimited mockfails and snacks Huge variety at breakfast with very well preparation. Complimentary kids meal

Well mannered cooperative staff. Very decent stay would love to continue stay whenever we are in Kolkata .Rooms were clean. Bed n toilet were well maintained it was a cosy stay.... loved it

The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing. Close to everything with parkstreet market just round the corner. The staff was very polite and extremely helpful, they were always available and tried their best.
